The Multi-Sound building contains 56 private monthly studio suites, ranging in size from 150 to 240 square feet. Each room is acoustically balanced to provide optimum sound conditions for the professional musician/producer. The 14-inch-thick suspension-mounted walls are complemented by sonically de-coupled ceilings and floors. Each private suite is wired to provide 30 amps of electrical load. More than enough to power the most demanding production facilities or Rock ensembles.

FROM THE BRONX OR WESTCHESTER:
Take WHITESTONE BRIDGE, stay in the right-hand lane to get off at the first exit on the Queens side: “14th AVENUE”. Proceed up the exit ramp (up the hill) to the light. Make a LEFT at the light (onto 14th AVENUE) and proceed 9 blocks straight to the studio (on your right-hand side).
FROM MANHATTAN:
1) Take TRIBORO BRIDGE to GRAND CENTRAL PARKWAY in Queens, past LA GUARDIA AIRPORT, then bear right at the fork, following signs to 678 (WHITESTONE BRIDGE / WHITESTONE EXPWY). Swing past CITI FIELD Stadium on Whitestone Expwy, jump off at EXIT 15 (“20th AVENUE”). From the Service Road, make a right onto 14th AVENUE, and shoot straight down 9 blocks to the studio (on your right-hand side).
OR
2) Take MIDTOWN TUNNEL to LONG ISLAND EXPWY (Eastbound), to VAN WYCK EXPWY North. Follow signs to 678 (WHITESTONE BRIDGE/WHITESTONE EXPWY). From Whitestone Expwy, grab Exit 15 (“20th AVENUE”). Follow the Service Road down and make a right onto 14th AVENUE. That’s it. Just go straight 9 blocks to the studio on your right.
FROM EASTERN LONG ISLAND:
NORTHERN STATE (GRAND CENTRAL) PKWY, or LONG ISLAND EXPWY (Westbound) to CROSS ISLAND PKWY, North (Towards “THROGS NECK BRIDGE”). Jump off at EXIT 34 (“UTOPIA PKWY”). At the end of the exit ramp (top of the hill), make a left and then an immediate right to stay on the SERVICE ROAD. Follow Service Road up for 2 lights. Swing a right at the second light (“CLINTONVILLE STREET”), and then 2 blocks later, hang a left onto 14th AVENUE. Studio is half a block up on your left-hand side. Can’t miss it.
